Quality

Precision, Quality and Excellence is a standard at Accu-Rite. Accu-Rite utilizes the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. In-process inspection is performed at each step of the manufacturing process to ensure customer requirements are met. In addition, a final inspection is performed on all products. All inspection equipment and gages used for inspection are calibrated and traceable to N.I.S.T.

Accu-Rites’ Quality Management System was developed to meet, if not exceed our customers quality requirements. As a result, we are an AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 accredited company.

Our Quality Management System is customer focused. Continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency is the responsibility of all employees at Accu-Rite. The Quality Management System is structured to enhance employee involvement, continuous improvement, operational efficiency and product quality. Our focus on Quality begins during the initial point of contact.
